Elderberries have long been widely used for their effective immune support, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties especially during cold and flu season. Apple cider vinegar and raw honey aid in clearing the sinuses and easing coughs in addition to many other health benefits. This concentrated fruit and herbal infused syrup is traditionally known as an oxymel, a medicinal drink preparation dating back to ancient times. Enjoy it in water, favorite tea or drink, blended in a smoothie, or mixed with sparkling water for a cool, refreshing treat.
